<br />DES:djm 02/07/90 (016/#27) <br />L"IGI N/-\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11227 <br /> <br />FEB 1 2 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR WATER MAIN <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1989-1990; AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain contract documents and specifications for <br /> <br />the Water Main Improvement Project 1989-1990 have been presented <br /> <br />to this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />said construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for Water Main Improvement Project 1989-1990 <br /> <br />and Lakeview Pressure Zone - City of Redwood City, California", <br /> <br />prepared by the Engineering Division, Department of Community <br /> <br />Development, City of Redwood City, and on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids as provided for in the above-mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
