Resolution No. 10809 entitled, "Resolution Amending <br /> <br />Section 3 of the Rules and Regulations of the Redwood City Water <br /> <br />Department (General Services Department) Relating to Water Rates; <br /> <br />and Rescinding Resolution No. 10796", adopted June 20, 1988 by <br /> <br />the Council of Redwood City is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />3. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption, <br /> <br />provided, however, that the rates, fees, and charges established <br /> <br />3 <br />
