<br />CES;~im 02/07/90 (Ol7/#27) <br /> <br />(l7) A portion of the building or structure <br />remains on a site after the demolition or <br />destruction of the building or structure or <br />the building or structure is abandoned for <br />a period in excess of six (6) months so as <br />to constitute such building or portion <br />thereof an attractive nuisance or hazard to <br />the public. <br /> <br />3. The owner of the buildings at 417 Fuller Street is hereby <br /> <br />directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) days from <br /> <br />the date of this hearing by either (a) properly reconstructing or <br /> <br />repairing such buildings or (b) razing or removing such buildings. <br /> <br />4.
