DES:dj- 01/16/90 (013/39) attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain real Redwood City, County of described as follows: property situate in the City of San Mateo, State of California, Lots 50 and 51 in Block 300 as shown on that certain map entitled "HIGHLANDS OF THE EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION THREE", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on November 15, 1926, in Book 14 of Maps at Page 47, 48, 49 and 50. Excepting therefrom the Westerly 75 feet, front and rear measurements of Lot 50 as described in the Deed from Duncan W. Fitzgerald and Sadie V. Fitzgerald, his wife to Jeanette E. Singa, a single woman, recorded February 16, 1946 in Book 1244, page 209 as Document No. 87971-F of Official Records. (A.P.N. 057-264-200) (A.P.N. 057-264-l90) 2. The parties hereto confirm and agree that treatment capacity for sewage emanating from the Annexing Territory shall be furnished pursuant to sanitary sewerage treatment capacity rights allocated to the City of Redwood City by the South Bayside System Authority, owner of the treatment facilities serving the Ci ty of Redwood City and the area wi thin which the Annexing Territory is located, and shall not be furnished pursuant to the Capacity Agreement. 3. The County of San Mateo hereby agrees to collect all applicable sewer connection fees and charges of the City of Redwood City from the owner (s) of the Annexing Territory as a condition to the issuance of said County's permits, approvals or other entitlements pertaining to said Territory, and thereupon to remit said fees and charges to the City. 3 11218
