<br />DES:d~ Ol/l7/90 (034/26) <br /> <br />O!lIG1 \IAL <br />1\1 "111 <br /> <br />JAN 221990 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 11 213 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED PROPERTY <br />(FORMER SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT SITE) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit entitled "Revocable Permit to <br /> <br />Use Space (Former Sewage Treatment Plant Site)" (form dated <br /> <br />01/17/90), pursuant to which FERMA Corporation, subject to <br /> <br />certain terms and conditions, is granted permission to occupy and <br /> <br />use a portion of that certain City-owned property, commonly known <br /> <br />as the former sewage treatment plant site, a copy of which is <br /> <br />attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />this reference, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />permit <br /> <br />substantially in the form of Exhibit A, for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.'
