<br />DES: d~' 0 1 / 1 7 /90 <br /> <br />(Ol4/39) <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />PERMIT FEE. <br /> <br />Permi ttee shall pay the abovementioned <br /> <br />permit fee to City, at the office of City's Treasurer, in <br /> <br />advance, for each 30-day period of occupancy hereunder, <br />commencing upon the commencement date hereinabove specified. In <br />the event any such occupancy period is less than 30 days, the <br />monthly fee shall be prorated on a daily basis, which prorated <br />fee shall likewise the payable at the time and at the place <br />aforesaid. <br />2. TEMPORARY PERMIT. This permit is temporary in nature, <br />and does not constitute a deed, grant of easement or lease, or <br />other conveyance of any right, title, or interest in or to the <br />Subject Premises. City or Permittee, respectively, as <br />terminating party may terminate this permit at any time during <br />which it is in effect by giving written notice thereof to the <br />non-terminating party not less than sixty (60) days prior to the <br />effective date of termination. In the event the effective date <br />of such termination occurs on any day other than the last day of <br />a monthly period for which the permit fee hereunder is payable, <br />such fee shall be prorated on a daily basis to such date of <br />termination. <br />3. NON-EXCLUSIVE; RELOCATION. The permission granted <br />hereunder is non-exclusive in nature, and City may, from time to <br />time during the period which this permit is in effect, permit <br />other parties to occupy a portion or portions of the Subj ect <br />Premises not then in use by Permittee hereunder. Notwithstanding <br />the foregoing, from time to time during the period which this <br />permit is in effect, City may request Permittee to relocate its <br />construction equipment or other movable property placed by <br />2 <br /> <br />11213 <br />
