Those certain plans entitled "Grading and Improvement <br /> <br /> <br />Plans for Promontory Point at Shorebird Island Subdivision" and <br /> <br /> <br />those certain specifications entitled "Technical Specifications <br /> <br /> <br />for the Improvement of Promontory Point at Shorebird Island <br /> <br /> <br />Subdivision", and the City's Standard Details, which plans and <br /> <br />specifications are now on file in the office of the City Engineer <br /> <br /> <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br /> <br /> <br />according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be <br /> <br />constructed. <br /> <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and OWner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Promontory Point at Shorebird Island Subdivision", (form dated <br /> <br /> <br />01/18/90), a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk and to which reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
