1. This Council hereby finds that those certain public service easements <br />described and depicted on Exhibits A and B with the designation, "Description of <br />Public Service Easement Abandonment" and "Description of a Portion of <br />Easement to be Abandoned", respectively, have been superseded by relocation, <br />there are no other public facilities located within said easements, and said <br />easements shall be, and are hereby ordered, vacated. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to accept, on behalf <br />of the City, the grants of easement (in the form approved by the City Attorney) <br />conveying to the City equivalent easement rights to those easements ordered <br />vacated pursuant to paragraph 1 hereof, in and to all that certain real property <br />described and depicted on Exhibits "C" through "G" hereof, attached hereto and <br />by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3.
