Bria Kangas Fouik <br /> Engineers · Surveyors · Planners <br /> <br />July 22, 1998 <br />BKF Project No. 950203-16 <br /> <br /> DESCRIPTION FOR PUBLIC SERVICE EASMENT <br /> AND <br /> EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS EASEMENT <br /> <br />All that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />being a portion of Lot 1 , as said lot is shown on that certain map entitled "LIDO <br />NEIGHBORHOOD UNIT NO. 1" filed for record on June 27, 1996 in Volume 126 of Maps at Pages <br />76 through 79, inclusive, in the Office of the Recorder of Sm Mateo County, State of California, and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most northerly comer of said Lot 1; thence along the northwesterly line of said <br />lot South 43 ° 19'38" West, a distance of 67.90 feet to an angle point in said line; thence continuing <br />westerly along said line South 81°2Y3Y' West, a distance of 64.19 feet to the TRUE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING and the beginning ora non tangem curve to the right from which point a radial line <br />bears North 61 °18'45'' West; thence along said curve having a radius of 63.44 feet, through a centzal <br />angle of 52°42'18", an arc length of 58.36 feet; thence South 81 °23'33" West, a distance of 197.50 <br />feet to the easterly line of Redwood Shores Parkway, as said line is shown on said map; thence along <br />said line North 08°36'27" West, a distance of 25.00 feet to the southerly line of Common Area C, <br />as said common area is shown on that certain map entitled "GOSSAMER HOLLOW" filed for <br />record on April 8, 1997 in Volume 127 of Maps at Pages 90 through 96, inclusive, in the Office of <br />the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California; thence along said southerly line North <br />81 °2Y33" East, a distance of 247.97 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING and containing an <br />area of 5,819 square feet, more or less. <br /> <br />A plat showing the above described parcel is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />This description was prepared by me or under my direction in conformance with the requirements <br />of the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> <br /> 3RAOL£¥ a.
