<br />CES:djm 1?/l9/89 (002/#27) <br />CES:djm 1 28/89R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 1 205 <br /> <br />JAN -,8 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP 89-4 (136 <br />and l40 CENTRAL AVENUE), REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain parcel map of Parcel Map 89-4 (136 and 140 <br /> <br />Central Avenue) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Smith <br /> <br />Randlett Foulk and Stock, Inc., for the owner of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br /> <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Improvements for <br /> <br />Parcel Map 89-4" (form dated 12/19/89) wherein OWner, in <br /> <br />consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> <br />said agreement, all improvements required of OWner under the <br /> <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and <br />
