<br />DES:djk Ol/04/90 (053/24) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!!Q.1.l2..Q4 <br /> <br />JAN - 8 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF <br />A NEW HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM (HVAC) AT THE VETERANS <br />MEMORIAL THEATRE; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for installation of a new heating and cooling <br /> <br />system ("HVAC") at the Veterans Memorial Theatre; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />HVAC; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Contract Documents - and - Specifications - For - HVAC <br /> <br />System Installation at Veterans Memorial Theatre <br /> <br />City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California", prepared in the office of the Director <br /> <br />of General Services and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
