<br />DES:d~~ 12/07/89 (027/26) <br /> <br />OnIG'~" I\L <br />l''\ ~l j'ih <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 11199 <br /> <br />iDEe 1,81989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND <br /> <br />(SANTA CLARA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit entitled "Revocable Permit _ <br /> <br />Computer Equipment and Program <br /> <br />(Santa Clara Valley Water <br /> <br />District)" form dated l2/07/89R, by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />as Grantor, and the Santa Clara Valley Water District, as <br /> <br />Permittee, for the possession and use of certain computer <br /> <br />materials and associated program, a copy of which Permit is <br /> <br />attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br /> <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said Permit substantially in the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit A for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
