2/8/99 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13555 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF LANDSCAPE <br /> MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> <br /> (SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Landscape Maintenance <br />Services" (form dated 0i/2i/99), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and the South Bayside System <br />Authority, a public entity, for the performance by City of landscape maintenance <br />se~ices, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Resc-573 <br />DES:djk <br />F'~Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> <br />01/21/~9 <br /> <br /> <br />
