Beltramo, and I own (outright and as <br />trustees) the above described parcels or real property. We wish <br />to be on record as not being opposed to the above described <br />redevelopment plan as a whole; however to the extent that the plan <br />may in any way result a redevelopment our property, whether through <br />eminent domain or otherwise, we object to such application of the <br />plan. <br /> <br />without limiting our reasons for opposing any redevelopment <br />of our property, we respectfully submit that our property currently <br />has conforming uses under the zoning ordinance and the property has <br />been well maintained. <br /> <br />Very truly yours/ <br /> <br />~ft~---- <br /> <br />~JOhn R.
