<br />CES:djrn '1/07/89 (102/#25) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q.llL84 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />- -.. . <br /> <br />NOV 1 3 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES AND SHELTER <br />FACILITIES WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has passed local <br /> <br />ordinances governing the regulation, licensing and impounding of <br /> <br />certain animals within the territorial limits of the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to contract with the County for <br /> <br />the enforcement of many of these ordinances; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty en ti tIed "AGREEMENT FOR ANH1AL CONTROL SERVICES AND SHELTER <br /> <br />FACILITIES WITH CITY OF REDWOOD CITY", (form dated September 12, <br /> <br />1989) by and between the City of Redwood City and the County of <br /> <br />San Mateo, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
