The Directors shall maintain a complete record of all business transactions and proceedings of the members, and shall present a full statement of the condition of the corporation at the regular meeting of the members. ARTICLE VIII Officers Section 8.01. Officers. The officers of the corporation shall be President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. section 8.02. Election. The officers shall be elected by, and shall be members of, the Board. section 8.03. Compensation. Officers shall receive no compensation as salary from the corporation, but, subject to specific approval by the Board, may be reimbursed for expenses in carrying out corporate business. Such expenses shall be reported to the Board and to the members during the month next following the month in which such expenses were incurred. ARTICLE IX Duties of Officers Section 9.0l. President. meetings of the Directors President, all contracts and the corporation. The President shall preside at all and members, and shall sign, as other legal documents on behalf of Section 9.02. The Secretary shall countersign all agreements or other legal documents with the President on behalf of the corporation. Section 9.04. Treasurer.
