CES:djm 10/10/89 (089/#25) (d) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall deposit Seventy-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Sixty and No/100 Dollars ($79,360.00) for plan checking, engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, water supply, and all other applicable fees and charges. Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of its services shall be returned to Owner. OWner understands and agrees that the amount of said deposit is an estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid services provided by City wi thin ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. (e) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, OWner shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the above-described agreement. 2. Those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for Lakeside Subdivision Unit No.1" and those certain specifications entitled "Standard Technical Specifications for Public Works Projects Dated September 1982", and the City's Standard Details, which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. 3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of Lakeside Subdivision Unit No.1", (form dated 10/16/89), a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and 3 11167
