CES:mmg 07/31/89 (#25/049) CES:djm /28/89R CES:djm 10/02/89 OCT 2 1989 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 11162 ORIGINAL RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING REVISED AGREEMENT FOR PARCEL MAP 89-3 (WEST OAKWOOD BOULEVARD), REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR BOTH INITIAL AND FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVISED AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE INITIAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain parcel map (including any dedications of easements described therein) entitled Parcel Map 89-3 (West Oakwood Boulevard) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Joseph Patrick McNulty, licensed land surveyor, for the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: (a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvements of Parcel Map 89-3" (form dated 10/02/89) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said agreement, all Initial Improvements required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other or Future
