<br />DES:djk 09/21/89 (017/26) <br />DES:dj 09/25/89R <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to resubmit to the San Mateo County Airport Land Use Committee a <br /> <br />copy of the 1975 General Plan of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />together with any and all approved supplements, updates and <br /> <br />amendments thereto, if any, in accordance with the provisions of <br /> <br />Public Utilities Code Section 21676. <br /> <br />Nei ther the passage and <br /> <br />adoption of this resolution, nor any of the provisions herein <br /> <br />contained, shall be deemed an admission by the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, or any of the other defendants in the above-mentioned <br /> <br />action of any of the allegations contained in the petition on <br /> <br />file therein, nor shall the adoption hereof constitute a waiver <br /> <br />of any defense of any of said defendants in said action. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11154 <br />
