<br />DES:djk ^9/15/89 (#25/078) <br />SEP 2 5 19ti~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11152 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $50,000.00 RECEIVED <br />FROM THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO THE <br />APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES, ENVIRONMENTAL <br />SUPPORT AND PROTECTION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS SUBPROGRAM <br />OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />FUNDING IMPROVEMENTS TO SEAPORT BOULEVARD WITHIN THE <br />SEAPORT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />sum of Fifty Thousand and No/IOO Dollars <br /> <br />($50,000.00) <br /> <br />heretofore <br /> <br />received <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency pursuant to said Agency's Resolution No. <br />RDA 89-~, adopted September ~~, 1989 is hereby ordered <br /> <br />transferred to the appropriation for the subprogram for Capital <br /> <br />Expenditures, Environmental Support and Protection Capital <br /> <br />Improvements, of the Community Development Program for the <br /> <br />purpose of funding improvements to Seaport Boulevard within the <br /> <br />Seaport Redevelopment Project Area of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. The aforementioned sum shall be for expenditure during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1989 - June 30, 1990 and shall be in <br /> <br />addition to all sums transferred for such purposes during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1989 - June 30, 1990. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
