C. ~~22751 et seq.) with respect to <br /> <br />members of the above-identified employee organizations. <br /> <br />2. The employer's contribution for each employee who is a <br /> <br />member of the above-identified recognized employee organizations <br /> <br />and associations, and for each annuitant retired from employment <br /> <br />who, if not so retired, would be covered by said employee <br /> <br />organizations enrolled in the PERS Health Benefit Plan, shall be <br /> <br />Sixteen Dollars ($16.00) per month. <br /> <br />The aforesaid contribution <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />addition <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />amounts <br /> <br />contributed <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />administrative fees and to the PERS Contingency Reserve Fund. <br /> <br />3. This Council does hereby appoint and direct the City <br /> <br />Manager to file with the Board of Administration of the Public <br /> <br />Employees' Retirement System a verified copy of this resolution, <br /> <br />and to perform on behalf of this Public Agency all functions <br /> <br />required of it under the Act and Regulations implementive thereof <br /> <br />of the PERS Board of Administration. <br /> <br />4.
