Maltoni Trucking, of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty California, for the furnishing of the above-mentioned <br /> <br /> <br />materials in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and <br /> <br /> <br />conditions of the aforementioned specifications and in accordance <br /> <br />with the aforementioned bidder's proposal. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the bid of R. S. Maltoni Trucking, <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood City, California, are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the furnishing of the above-mentioned materials, other than <br /> <br /> <br />the bid of R. S. Maltoni Trucking, of Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />5.
