In consideration of allowing Permittee <br />to construct improvements upon the Subject Premises, Permittee <br />agrees to make such improvements as are more particularly set <br />forth in that document entitled "Expanded Outline", which is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />4. IMPROVEMENT COMPLIANCE. All improvements permitted <br /> <br /> <br />hereunder shall be constructed in conformance with all applicable <br /> <br /> <br />laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations (specific <br /> <br />reference is hereby made to "City of Redwood City Standard <br /> <br /> <br />Specifications - dated August 1974"), the approved site plan, and <br /> <br /> <br />improvement plan specifying the work to be done, said <br /> <br />construction shall be expressly subject to the approval of the <br /> <br />City Engineer and the Director of Parks, Recreation and Community <br /> <br /> <br />Services. <br /> <br />The improvement plan shall specify the work to be done and <br /> <br /> <br />all other work, improvements or appurtenances required and/or <br /> <br />deemed necessary by the City Engineer and the Director of Parks, <br /> <br /> <br />Recreation and Community Services. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />COST <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />installation of said improvements shall be at the sole cost and <br />expense of Permittee. <br /> <br />2 <br />
