<br />DES:d~ 08/l6/89 (Oll/26) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. ] 1144 <br /> <br />,SEP 1. 8 1989 <br />O~i GHiAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF <br />DEEDS OF EASEMENTS FOR STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY <br />PURPOSES, SUMMARILY VACATING NON-ACCESS RESTRICTION, <br />AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM <br />DEED RELINQUISHING NON-ACCESS RESTRICTIONS IN EXCHANGE <br />FOR SAID STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS - TWIN <br />DOLPHIN DRIVE <br /> <br />(PARAGON CENTER ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has acquired a non-access <br /> <br />restriction adjacent to the boundary of a portion of Twin Dolphin <br /> <br />Drive, which non-access restriction is described in Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />hereof and designated Parcel I therein, which Exhibit is <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Paragon Center Associates is the owner of that <br /> <br />certain parcel of real property located in Shores Center Unit No. <br /> <br />2 Subdivision, recorded in volume 112 of Maps at page 20, San <br /> <br />Mateo County Records, which parcel is required for street and <br /> <br />public utility purposes and is described in Exhibit "B" hereof <br /> <br />and designated Parcel II therein, which Exhibit is incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paragon Center Associates is the owner of that <br /> <br />certain parcel of real property, likewise a portion of Shores <br /> <br />Center Unit No. 2 Subdivision, which parcel is required for <br /> <br />public utility purposes and is described in Exhibit "C" hereof <br /> <br />and designated Parcel III therein, which Exhibit is incorporated <br /> <br />herein by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paragon Center Associates proposes to grant to the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City an easement in and to that property <br />
