The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City all <br />appropriate and necessary documents (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney) on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the sale of <br />said trucks in accordance with the above-mentioned bid proposal, <br />a copy of which proposal is presently on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />3.
