<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. ~ <br /> <br />ORIGfNAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT TO THE DOWNTOWN <br />ASSOCIATION, AND REGULATING USE Of PUBLIC RIGHTS-Of-WAY IN CONNECTION <br />THEREW ITH <br /> <br />(DOWNTOWN fESTIVAL) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Of THE CITY Of REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS fOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Manager is authorized to issue a letter permit to <br />the Downtown Association for a Downtown festival along portions of <br /> <br />Broadway on September 16 and 17, 1989, in the form of Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br /> <br />is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way <br /> <br />described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code <br /> <br />Section 21100. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />SEP 1 1 1989 <br />
