Box 653 <br />Redwood City, Ca. 94064 <br /> <br />Re: Wine and Art Festival <br /> <br />Dear Sirs: <br /> <br />This letter will serve as your permission to conduct the "Wine and Art <br />Festival" in the City of Redwood City, subject to and in accordance with <br />the terms and conditions herein. This permit is issued pursuant to <br />Minute Order No. · made and entered · by the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to Redwood City Downtown <br />Association (hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee"). This <br />permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of event. The "Wine and Art Festival" shall be <br />sponsored and conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time <br />without cause by the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Non transferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be <br />conducted on Broadway, between Arguello and Main Street. <br /> <br />5. Dates. Time. The "Wine and Art Festival" shall be <br />conducted on September 16, 1989, from 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm. <br /> <br />6. Course Control. Those portions of the "Wine and Art <br />Festival" taking place in the public right-of-way shall occur in a <br />manner and shall be limited to that area designated by the Chief of <br />Police. Should the Chief of Police determine that the provision of <br />Police Officers is required for the control of traffic in connection with <br />said "Wine and Art Festival", Permittee agrees to reimburse City for <br />costs associated therewith. <br />
