<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />(7/15/89) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 11124: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH YOUTH AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE <br />(YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICES PROGRAM) <br /> <br />AU8 2 1 1989 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Youth & Family Assistance (Youth & Family Services <br /> <br />Program) has been established for the principal purpose of diverting <br />youth from the Juvenile Justice system and to provide a delinquency <br />prevention capability for families and agencies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Youth & Family Assistance (Youth & Family Services <br /> <br />Program) has requested financial assistance for use by it in <br /> <br />conducting its activities during the fiscal year commencing <br /> <br />July 1,1989 and ending June 30, 1990; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> <br />desires to pay Youth & Family Assistance (Youth & Family Services <br /> <br />Program) and Fair Oaks the sum of TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SIXTY-ONE AND <br />NO/IOO DOLLARS ($29,061.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and Youth & Family Assistance <br />(Youth & Family Services Program) and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />
