<br />CES:mmg r 109/89 (#25/054) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />AU6 1 4 1989 <br />11106 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR REPLACEMENT OF WALL <br />PARTITIONS AT THE COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES BUILDING; AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Department of General Services called for bids <br /> <br />for replacement of the wall partitions at the community <br /> <br />activities building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, two bids were received for <br /> <br />the performance of said work; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Partition Specialities, Inc., of San Carlos, <br /> <br />California is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the in- <br /> <br />tention and desire of this Council to award said bid to Partition <br /> <br />Specialities, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Partition Specialities, Inc., in the sum of <br /> <br />Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred and NO/100 DOLLARS ($16,500.00), <br /> <br />for all of said construction work, is hereby accepted and said <br /> <br />bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder for said work. <br /> <br />2.
