This permit is issued pursuant to Minute Order No. <br />* made and entered * by the Council of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of the Peninsula, <br />Inc. (hereinafter, for convenience, called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to <br />the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of event. The REDWOOD SHORES BIATHLON shall be <br />sponsored and conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Non transferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />* REFER TO ATTACHED MAP EXHIBIT A. <br /> <br />5. Dates. Time. The REDWOOD SHORES BIATHLON shall be <br />conducted on August 20, 1989, at 8:30 AM. <br /> <br />6. Course Control. Those portions of the REDWOOD SHORES <br />BIATHLON taking place in the public right-of-way shall occur in a manner and <br />shall be limited to that area designated by the Chief of Police. Should the Chief <br />of Police determine that the provision of Police Officers is required for the <br />control of traffic in connection with said REDWOOD SHORES BIATHLON, <br />Permittee agrees to reimburse City for costs associated therewith. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br />11105 <br />
