<br />Exhibit <br /> <br />II f\ II <br />~ <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT made and entered into the 1st day of December 1988, by <br />and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY and INDUSTRIAL EMPLOYERS AND DISTRIBUTORS <br /> <br />ASSOCIATION is hereby amended only with repectto Item 3 thereof, which is <br />revised to read in full as follows: <br /> <br />ff3. PAYMENT. <br /> <br />A. The City agrees to pay the Association and the Association <br />agrees to accept in full and complete payment for all <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />rendered <br /> <br />under <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />the sum of <br /> <br />Thirty-four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-fpur Dollars and <br />Forty Cents ($34,454.40) per year. <br />B.
