OWner understands and <br />agrees that the amount of said deposit is an estimate and <br />agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid <br />services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing <br />by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Cheshire Way Improvement <br /> <br />Plans for Parcel Map 89-2" and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "City of Redwood City Standard Specifications", which <br /> <br />plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> <br />specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements <br /> <br />shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and owner, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br />of Parcel Map 89-2" (form dated 07/18/89), a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
