<br />eX h i bit II A 11 <br /> <br />DES:djk <br />DES .lg <br /> <br />06/12/89 (#37) <br />06/14/89R <br /> <br />THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, made this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />1989 by and between the SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM <br /> <br />AUTHORITY, a public entity, (" SBSA") and the CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />("City"); <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto entered into an agreement on <br /> <br />January 8, 1987 (the "Basic Agreement"), pursuant to which City <br /> <br />has performed certain professional accounting and financial <br /> <br />services for SBSA; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph 4 of the aforesaid Agreement, <br /> <br />the parties renewed and extended the term and revised the <br /> <br />compensation payable under said Agreement pursuant to an <br /> <br />Amendment thereto dated June 16, 1987 ("The First Amendment"), <br /> <br />and an Agreement dated June 22, 1988 ( "The Second Amendment"); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to renew and extend the <br /> <br />term hereof and provide for revision to compensation payable <br /> <br />hereunder for the period July 1, 1989 - June 30, 1990; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 2 of the Basic Agreement is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"2. COMPENSATION. SBSA shall compensate City in the <br /> <br />amount of Forty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Forty and No/I00 <br /> <br />Dollars ($47,640.00) per year, of which Seven Thousand Two <br />Hundred and No/I00 Dollars ($7,200.00) shall be designated <br /> <br />11078 <br />
