The sum of One Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand and NollOO <br /> <br />Dollars ($168,000.00) heretofore received from the Redwood City <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency pursuant to said Agency's Resolution No. <br /> <br />RDA <br /> <br />adopted June <br /> <br />12, <br /> <br />1989 <br /> <br />is hereby ordered <br /> <br />transferred to the appropriation for the subprogram for Public <br /> <br />Expenditures, Environmental Support and Protection, Capital <br /> <br />Improvements, of the Community Development Program for the <br /> <br />purpose of funding improvements to Seaport Boulevard within the <br /> <br />Seaport Redevelopment Project Area of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />2. The aforementioned sum shall be for expenditure during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, 1989 and shall be in <br /> <br />addi tion to all sums transferred for such purposes during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, 1989. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
