II~ I [\1 /\ ' <br />l\ u.1 ~.-\L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND TESTING <br />ENGINEERS, INC. FOR MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES FOR <br />VETERANS BOULEVARD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />construction, inspection, and materials testing for the Veterans <br /> <br />Boulevard Bridge Replacement Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Testing <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />Santa Clara, California to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Testing <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Materials <br /> <br />Testing Services <br /> <br />for Veterans <br /> <br />Boulevard Bridge <br /> <br />Replacement Project", (form dated 06/07/89), a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
