DES:mmg 05/30/89 (#23/136) DES:mm~ 6/0S/89R ---------- RES 0 L UTI 0 N N Q.11 U 62 ORiGINAL RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR GOLDEN GATE TOWNHOUSES SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS .,UN 5 1989 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map (including any dedications of easements described therein) of Golden Gate Townhouses Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Chuan Liu, professional engineer, for the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: (a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Golden Gate Townhouses Subdivision" wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map by Ci ty, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement. (b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form subject
