OWner understands and <br />agrees that the amount of said deposit is an estimate and <br />agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid <br />services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing <br />by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, OWner shall furnish to City and file with the <br />Ci ty Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability <br />and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Indian Creek Condominiums" and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Construction Specifications for Indian Creek Garden <br /> <br />Condominiums", which plans and specifications are now on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />the plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according to which the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> <br />of Indian Creek Subdivision" (form date 5/31/89), a copy of which <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference <br /> <br />lS hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
