<br />DES:mmg 0~/16/89 (#23/120) <br />DES:mmg , 130/89R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NQ.I1059 <br /> <br />OalGiNAL <br />JUN 5 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 10760, <br />AS AMENDED, ESTABLISHING SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br />CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO REVISE <br />THE COMPENSATION FOR THE POSITION OF JUNIOR CIVIL <br />ENGINEER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />Section 1 of Resolution No. 10760, entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain <br /> <br />Employee Classifications (SEIU Unit)", adopted April 4, 1988, as <br /> <br />amended, is hereby amended by revising the compensation for the <br /> <br />position of Junior Civil Engineer as set forth in Exhibit "A-2", <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein as if <br /> <br />set out in full herein and likewise incorporated in said Exhibit <br /> <br />A of said Resolution No. 10760. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective upon its <br /> <br />adoption and the salary rate set forth on Exhibit A-2 shall be <br /> <br />effective from and after the date of adoption hereof. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
