13. Except to the extent limited in any bond resolution or trust indenture related to the <br />issuance of bonds, the Council of Redwood City hereby reserves to itself all rights and powers set <br />forth in Section 53344.1 of the Act (relating to tenders in full or partial payment). <br /> <br /> 14.
