J. DEGENKOLB, ENGINEERS FOR THE <br />UPDATING OF REDWOOD CITY'S YOUNGER BAY MUD ORDINANCE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Update of Redwood City <br /> <br />Younger Bay Mud Ordinance, Redwood City, California ", by and <br /> <br />between the City of Redwood City and H. J.
