Booths shall be set-up on the sidewalks, not blocking <br />store fronts or entrances to existing businesses and <br />not blocking any street, parking or intersection visual <br />clearances. <br /> <br />5. Trash bins and periodic trash/litter pick-up shall be <br />provided in addition to City trash receptacles. <br /> <br />6. The Downtown Association and Farmer's Market <br />shall be notified of the Arts and Crafts Fair. <br /> <br />7. All the other terms and conditions of the original <br />P. C. A.
