Within 10 days in the event of default for: (1) Failure to maintain <br />coverage and comply with performance requirements: (2) Failure <br />to provide assurance of performance of timely and proper <br />performance of the agreement; (3) Failure to pay member agency <br />or provide reports or records to member agency; (4) Failure to <br />perform collection. processing, andlor transfer service for two or <br />more consecutive days or more, for any reason within the control <br />of contractor, without limit, due to labor unrest or disputes including <br />strike, work stoppage or slowdown, sick-out, picketing, or other <br />concerted job action lasting more than two days; (5) Seizure of, <br />attachment of, or levy on, some or all of the contractor's operating, <br />maintenance, or office equipment <br /> <br />. Fiscal Impacts <br /> <br />To understand the potential fiscal impact of the proposed programs, services, and <br />contract terms, the fiscal impact information presented to the Committees in the staff <br />reports for their meetings was complied.2 If appropriate, HF&H revised or <br />supplemented costs presented in the August 17, 2006 report "Contractor Selection <br />Process, Summary of Recommendations by PAF and PAC Committees" prepared by <br />HF&H. The revisions to the costs and estimated rate impacts reflect new or additional <br />information obtained at the request of the Executive Director. For example, the fiscal <br />impacts presented to the Committees related to savings for curbside solid waste <br /> <br />2 Fiscal impacts were estimated by the consulting firms involved in the PAF and PAC process: HDRlBVA; <br />HF&H; J.R.
