Swearing-in ceremonies for all members are <br />scheduled for Monday, December 4. Irs a time of hope and promise, fellow- <br />ship and congratulations. Many members will bring their families to witness <br />the swearing-in ceremonies, as the Capitol takes on a festive atmosphere that <br />is generally free of the partisanship and intensity that can grip the building later <br />on in the session.
