The Consent Calendar category is limited to <br />15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to <br />speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give <br />to Council Assistant. <br /> <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions .. <br /> <br />A.
