<br />DAS:mmg 04/26/89 (#23/113) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO.l1035, <br /> <br />MAY <br /> <br />8 1989 <br /> <br />.':.."11\1" L <br />UI(l\.J l~;{ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE BROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION <br />PROJECT-PHASE I; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Broadway <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project - Phase I; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />reconstruction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for - Broadway Reconstruction Project <br /> <br />Phase I - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the City <br /> <br />Engineering Division, Department of Community Development and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
