<br />DAS:mmg n3/30/89 (#23/106) <br /> <br />properly noticed and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said continued public hearing for said adjourned <br /> <br />regular City Council meeting of April lO, 1989 has been held and <br /> <br />evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described public service easement is unnecessary for <br /> <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said <br /> <br />easement vacated. <br /> <br />2. The public service easement vacated is described on <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" and is depicted on Exhibit "B", (which exhibits are <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference). <br /> <br />3.
