3/22/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13584 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK, <br /> AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13357 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> i. The compensation for the position of City Clerk is hereby amended by <br />revising the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br />of employment for the position of City Clerk shall include those provisions <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br />set forth in that certain document entitled, "Summary of Benefits, May 1, 1997 - <br />April 30, 2000," except to the extent modified by letter agreement dated March 5, <br />1999 by and between the City of Redwood City and Patricia Dawal, copies of <br />which are on file in the office of the Director of Human Resources. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> 4.
