<br />DAS:InlT'- 3/16/89 (#23/097) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />o 30RJGJNAL MAR 2101989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1988-l989i AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for the Water Main <br /> <br />Improvement Project 1988-1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Specifications for <br /> <br />Water Main Improvement Project <br /> <br />1988-1989 - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br /> <br />City Engineering Division, Department of Community Development <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
