3/8/99 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13578 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR OPERATION OF <br /> FARMERS MARKET; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. <br /> 11542 <br /> <br /> (REDWOOD CITY KIWANIS FARMERS) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br />(Farmers Market)" (form dated 02/25/99), for use of certain City-owned property <br />as a site for conducting farmers' market activities therein described, a copy of <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in the form of Exhibit "A,' for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2.
