withdraw its sponsorship of the 'Events, this permit shall thereupon become null <br /> and void. <br /> <br /> 13. NO LIENS. Permittee shall keep the Property, and any <br />improvements, facilities or equipment of City located thereon, free from any liens <br />arising out of any work performed, materials furnished, or obligations of any kind <br />whatsoever incurred by Permittee. <br /> <br /> 14. SURRENDER. Permittee covenants and agrees that Permittee shall <br />immediately quit and surrender the Property in good state and condition upon the <br />effective date of termination or expiration hereof. In the event that Permittee <br />abandons or fails to use the Facilities, or shall fail, neglect, or refuse to maintain <br />the Facilities in a neat and attractive condition, or to comply with any of the <br />conditions herein contained, or in the event that this permission shall be revoked, <br />then all rights of Permittee hereunder shall forthwith cease and terminate. <br /> <br /> 15. NONWAIVER. In the event City should waive any of its rights <br />hereunder, such waiver shall not be deemed a continuing waiver of the same <br />such right, nor shall it be deemed a waiver of any other of City's rights. <br /> <br /> 16. SUCCESSORS. All the provisions, terms and conditions hereof shall, <br />subject to the provisions of paragraph 12 hereof regarding nontransferability, <br />apply to and bind the heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns <br />of Permittee, and if Permittee be more than one individual or entity, such parties <br />shall be jointly and severally liable hereunder. <br /> <br />FXS djk <br />02/25199 <br /> <br /> <br />
